These terms govern your use of the Bookplate app, published by Fisk LLC. By using the app you agree to them.
The library (one-time purchase). A one-time purchase unlocks the novels included in the app's original library. Those books remain available to you on your devices, offline, without a subscription.
Subscription. An optional annual subscription provides access to new novels released while the subscription is active. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple or Google account settings. Access to subscription content ends when the subscription lapses.
Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may change for future purchases or renewal periods, with notice.
Buying a book or a subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to read it in the app. It does not transfer ownership of the text. You may not redistribute, resell, publish, or use the books to train machine-learning systems.
The app renders books with details you supply. You are responsible for what you type. The story, plot, and prose are the author's work; personalization changes only the surface details the book was written to accept.
All novels in Bookplate are works of fiction. Names, characters, places, and incidents are products of the imagination or used fictitiously. Any resemblance to real persons, living or dead, or actual events, is coincidental. Personalizing a book with a real person's name does not change this.
Books are rated for a general adult and teen readership. Content descriptions are provided on each book's page.
Purchases are handled by Apple and Google, and refunds are governed by their policies. We cannot issue refunds directly, but write to us and we will help where we can.
The app is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fisk LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States.
